Idea Journal Two from Pengeneee Peng
In this second assignment of Creative Thinking Skills, we were to list out the things we can and can't do with our object. In my case, it is raffia string. I did a few simple experiments to verify some of what I listed. In previous tutorial, our lecturer introduce us to the FFOE (Fluency, Flexibility, Originality and Elaboration) thinking skills. Using this assignment as an opportunity, I practised the thinking skills:
Reflection
In this second assignment of Creative Thinking Skills, we were to list out the things we can and can't do with our object. In my case, it is raffia string. I did a few simple experiments to verify some of what I listed. In previous tutorial, our lecturer introduce us to the FFOE (Fluency, Flexibility, Originality and Elaboration) thinking skills. Using this assignment as an opportunity, I practised the thinking skills:- Fluency - Having many different ideas
- Flexibility - Derived many varied ideas from one idea ( especially in experiment )
- Originality - Relates my object's characteristic to the experiments
- Elaboration - Modified and simplified my ideas
In term of presenting my ideas, I tried to organize my thought in a systematic format using arrows and coloured keywords. I also tried to develop my own style by using only only a few colours and change my writing to architectural writing slowly.
