Everyone who have received proper education would surely encounter essay writing before, be it in primary or secondary education. The early exposure to essay writing has teaches us the basic of essay writing. Essay writing in higher education is not that much difference to me. However, there is still differences in overall.
This assignment is meant to assist us develop a more well-developed and well-organized writing style. This is essential in conveying our thoughts recording an event, such as report. Our readers will be able to catch the key points faster. In order to achieve this objective, I learnt to analyse and organize my information through this assignment. From my research, I need to extract the relevant details and control the amount of information that will be embed in my essay.
Then, I had to acknowledge the sources of information that I have used in essay. I learnt how to apply the correct APA style referencing technique. This is very important to avoid cases of plagiarism as plagiarism is a very serious wrong-doing.
